$33 – 2- 2.5 dinner-portion servings 

Vegan, Low-Sodium, High-Fiber, all the required daily servings of vegetables you need.
How healthy can you be? The better question is, how tasty do you want it?  This is a truly well-rounded, macrobiotic meal that will leave you satisfied but not overstuffed.  I use seaweed (Wakame) in all of the cooking water for extra minerals—in the traditional macro way. 


Short Grain Brown Rice, Bean-of-the Week, Kale, Carrots, Squash, Mung Bean Sprouts, Hijiki salad, Baked Tofu or Grilled Tempeh squares.  Also included—several secret dressings/ dips that you can drizzle over everything.  A small dessert is included sweetened with fruit, 100 % maple syrup, brown rice syrup, rice bran syrup, molasses, or sucanat (fruit sugar). 


To Reheat: Spritz with water and Re-heat in oven with a lid at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.  Let the cool portion (mung beans, tofu, hijiki) come to room temperature, or eat it cold.
